Short Summary:
As the Senior Inventory Manager, you will own the global inventory control framework, governance, and performance across our internal distribution network and third-party logistics partners. This role involves establishing standards, processes, and discipline to ensure trusted inventory management from receiving through fulfillment and financial reporting.

Responsibilities:
- Own global inventory accuracy and integrity across Plexus-operated and third-party distribution centers.
- Develop inventory governance, policies, standards, and internal controls.
- Standardize cycle-counting programs and reconciliation processes.
- Drive inventory performance through meaningful KPIs and lead investigations into discrepancies.
- Optimize inventory flow and support new product launches and transitions.
- Serve as the business owner for inventory processes within NetSuite.
- Coach and mentor the Supply Chain Operations Coordinator.

Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, finance, business administration, or equivalent experience.
- 7 years of inventory control, supply chain, or related experience, including 3 years of leadership responsibility.
- Proven experience in improving inventory accuracy and managing inventory programs.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
