About the role

As a Senior Product Owner – Login, Security & Compliance (m/f/d), you are responsible for our central login, authentication, and identity management products within the Core Loyalty Domain. You develop secure, scalable, and regulatory-compliant solutions that protect millions of user interactions while enabling a seamless user experience. In doing so, you work at the intersection of Business, Tech, Data, Security, and Data Privacy.

Your day-to-day work

You are responsible for the vision, strategy, roadmap, and further development of our login, authentication, and identity management products
You develop solutions that combine user needs, security requirements, and regulatory specifications in a holistic product experience
You analyze and optimize relevant KPIs such as login success rates, conversion in the login flow, security incidents, or attack attempts
You work closely in a Product Trinity with the Business Owner, Technical Owner, and your development team and prioritize the most important product initiatives
You develop standardized identity and login building blocks that enable other product teams to integrate quickly and securely
You translate requirements from Security, Legal, Data Privacy, and Business into product visions, user stories, and technical requirements
You ensure that all relevant stakeholders have a shared understanding of product goals, risks, and priorities

You’re a great fit for this role if …

You bring several years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in the area of login, identity, security, or platform products
You have a deep technical understanding of authentication, authorization, session management, and modern security systems
You can successfully combine security and data privacy requirements with user-centric product development
You translate complex technical and regulatory requirements into understandable and actionable product solutions
You enjoy taking ownership and actively driving products from idea to go-live
You can bring together different interests and facilitate sustainable decisions with various stakeholders
You communicate confidently in German and English (written & spoken) and feel comfortable in both strategic as well as technical discussions
