Short Summary:
NVIDIA Operations is seeking an experienced Business Transformation professional to join the Supply Chain Business Transformation organization. This role partners with various teams to define business strategy, redesign operating models, and deliver scalable digital capabilities across the hardware supply chain.

Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end business transformation initiatives across Supply Chain Operations.
- Partner with business leaders to identify strategic opportunities and process improvements.
- Redesign business processes and operating models for efficiency and customer experience.
- Translate business requirements into capabilities and specifications.
- Drive adoption of AI and advanced analytics to improve decision-making.
- Champion modern digital supply chain capabilities.
- Define business benchmarks and success metrics.
- Lead change management activities.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies for supply chain performance.

Requirement:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Operations, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in Supply Chain Operations, Business Transformation, or related disciplines.
- Deep expertise in end-to-end hardware supply chains.
- Proven track record in redesigning supply chain processes and operating models.
- Experience with enterprise ERP and supply chain planning platforms.
- Strong understanding of supply chain data models and analytics.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
