Short Summary:
As our Benefits Manager, you will lead the strategic development, seamless implementation, and daily administration of our comprehensive benefits portfolio, ensuring programs remain equitable, competitive, legally compliant, and aligned with business strategy.

Responsibilities:
- Design and manage an ongoing benefits strategy to attract and reward top talent.
- Evaluate industry trends, regulatory changes, and internal metrics for actionable benefits recommendations.
- Gather and leverage employee insights to evolve our benefits approach.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
- Lead administration of annual open enrollments, new hire onboarding, and year-end plan audits.
- Build and document structured HR procedures to streamline workflows.
- Direct and negotiate vendor relationships with third-party benefits service providers.

Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in relevant benefits and leadership roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial, benefits-focused role.
- Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) preferred.
- Experience with HRIS/Payroll systems, particularly ADP Workforce Now.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgment.
