Work on mold & trim and form system downtime and major follow-ups of the day Carry out mold PM per schedule and follow PM procedure Ensure all machine repair & buy-off checklists are being updated accordingly Perform equipment setup, calibration and verification after maintenance. Feedback on any machine spares requirement for machine utilization improvement / machine sustaining / CIP’s Proper follow up and documentation on rectification performed to engineers and supervisors Conduct routine inspections and identify potential equipment failures before breakdown occurs.
