Short Summary:
Join Mujin to help build the supply chain behind the future of industrial robotics, ensuring the seamless flow of materials for robotic automation projects across Europe.

Responsibilities:
- Source and procure components for robotic automation systems.
- Develop RFQs/RFPs and evaluate supplier proposals.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while negotiating pricing and terms.
- Create purchase orders and manage procurement activities using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Manage warehouse operations and coordinate inbound/outbound logistics.
- Work closely with Project Managers to ensure material availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and support financial reporting.
- Support supplier quality management and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project execution.

Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- Experience sourcing technical or industrial components, preferably in manufacturing or robotics.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and international logistics.
- Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
