Short Summary:
As Lead Talent Acquisition Analyst, you will serve as the architect of our talent acquisition data strategy, bridging the gap between complex data infrastructure and executive decision-making. Your insights will directly influence executive decisions, resource allocation, and long-term business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Design and own the TA data architecture ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration between our ATS, HRIS, and Clinical Recruiting analytics.
- Build, maintain, and scale robust data pipelines and automated dashboards for TA metrics globally.
- Establish governance standards for data cleanliness, compliance, and TA reporting methodologies.
- Develop sophisticated recruiter capacity and workload models to meet hiring demands.
- Architect predictive hiring models to identify potential hiring bottlenecks.
- Translate complex datasets into compelling narratives for executive-level presentations.
- Lead quarterly and annual business reviews for the TA organization, delivering actionable insights.
Requirement:
- 7+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or workforce planning, with at least 3+ years focused on Talent Acquisition/HR analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or SQL is required.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proven experience building complex capacity models and headcount forecasting frameworks.
- Deep familiarity with modern ATS data structures and talent CRM platforms.
