Short Summary:
To deliver efficient and effective generalist HR services to employees and managers, supporting the work delivered by the Business Partners and the broader HR team.
Responsibilities:
- Be the HR point of contact for employees and managers within designated business functions in the EMEA region.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with HR business partners, business leaders, and key stakeholders.
- Manage employee relations, including performance issues, disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management.
- Work in partnership with HR Business Partners on redundancies and department restructuring.
- Counsel and educate managers and employees on employment policies and procedures.
- Provide recommendations and best practice guidance on HR-related matters.
- Support key initiatives and provide meaningful data to support management decisions.
- Assist hiring managers through the requisition process and maintain job descriptions.
- Ensure data accuracy and conduct regular audits.
- Identify regulatory requirements and manage region-specific HR programs.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding tasks.
- Participate in or lead ad-hoc HR or business-driven projects.
Requirement:
- Prior experience in advising on HR-related matters.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders in a complex organization.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience with HR Data Systems, preferably Workday.
- Solid understanding of local/regional HR laws and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Deep understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Ability to interact with individuals at all levels professionally.
