Short Summary:
As an Associate Manager, Data Center Operations, you'll oversee the mining operation, ensuring critical infrastructure runs 24/7, while managing maintenance activities and building a team of technicians.

Responsibilities:
- Help the Manager, Data Center Operations manage all aspects of the operations, including personnel, equipment, and infrastructure
- Mentor, train, and develop technicians and specialists
- Manage purchasing and inventory control across all data center assets
- Identify and resolve time-sensitive issues under pressure
- Create and execute preventative maintenance plans for data center equipment
- Develop vendor and contractor relationships
- Collaborate with other departments such as IT, HR, Networking, and Software
- Promote safety, security, and compliance in all operations

Requirement:
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a critical infrastructure environment
- Background in Mechanical or Electrical engineering preferred
- Strong leadership qualities and hands-on technical experience
- Understanding of office programs and computer hardware
- Experience with commercial mechanical and electrical systems
- Forklift License preferred
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
- Must pass a motor vehicle check and have reliable transportation
- Must live within a 1-hour commute from the work site
