Short Summary:
As a Lead People Business Partner, you'll serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders while owning several impactful People programs, partnering closely with the SVP, People and business leaders to shape organizational strategy and improve employee experience.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leaders to develop people strategies that improve organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, employee engagement, and team performance.
- Influence performance management philosophy and annual processes, guiding leaders through goal setting, calibration, performance reviews, and promotions.
- Design, lead, and continuously improve key People programs, including onboarding, manager development, and engagement surveys.
- Manage biannual Culture Amp engagement survey process and analyze organizational health metrics.
- Coach managers through complex employee relations matters and lead investigations.
- Drive continuous improvement of the employee experience through various initiatives.
- Partner cross-functionally with Recruiting, Finance, Legal, and executive leadership.
- Provide strategic oversight of the NYC employee experience.
- Mentor members of the People team.
Requirement:
- 7+ years of progressive experience as an HR Business Partner or similar strategic People role within SaaS or technology environments.
- Experience partnering with Director and VP-level leaders on organizational design and talent strategy.
- Proven success in designing and improving company-wide People programs.
- Significant experience leading employee relations matters and performance management processes.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics and engagement data.
- Experience with Employee Engagement, HRIS, and people analytics platforms.
- Proficient in leveraging AI, automation, and technology to improve People processes.
