Short Summary:
As a People Operations Business Partner (Pops BP), you will align business objectives with partners and employees, providing end-to-end HR expertise across various functions to create a measurable impact on the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Shape the organization’s future by understanding its evolving needs and partnering with business leaders.
- Diagnose complex problems and solve for downstream effects.
- Lead the implementation of HR programs and targeted learning initiatives.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and budget forecasting.
- Drive large-scale organizational changes and execute internal communication plans.
- Use People metrics to guide data-based decisions.

Requirement:
- 10+ years of HR experience with at least 5 years in human resource business partnering in technology or high-growth organizations.
- Proven track record in solving complex problems and managing organizational change.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with employees and leaders.
- Experience with HRIS systems and People analytics tools.
- Structured analytical skills with demonstrated judgment.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations across operational markets.
