Short Summary:
As Head of People Experience, Delivery & Compliance, you will lead the People Operations pillar within the People Synergy Center (PSC), focusing on transforming People Operations through a human-centered, AI-enabled operating model.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the transformation of People Operations to the PSC Target Operating Model, applying zero-based redesign.
- Design and implement a tiered service delivery model with clear governance and performance measures.
- Champion the Human + Agentic AI operating model and deploy automation solutions.
- Manage strategic vendor relationships and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Oversee audit and compliance activities across People Operations.
- Lead the People Experience service delivery across all PSC touchpoints.
- Build multi-functional teams to deliver product-centric employee experiences.

Requirement:
- 12+ years experience in HR operations or people experience delivery in a tech-driven environment.
- 5+ years experience in designing and implementing HR operating models.
- Experience in AI and automation deployment within HR.
- Vendor/BPO management experience.
- Expertise in HR compliance and information security.
- Experience leading large-scale transformation programs.
