Responsibilities:
- Transform requirements into concise data requirements and identify trends.
- Develop data pipelines and custom data science models.
- Create data-driven hypotheses and collaborate on product experiments.
- Design data specifications for new products and ensure accurate data collection.
- Launch A/B and timeslice experiments, analyze results, and provide recommendations.
- Conduct targeted analysis for specific products and operations to identify new opportunities.
- Enhance internal processes through automation and build existing AI tools for productivity.
Requirement:
- 2+ years in data-related or quantitative fields.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages.
- Experience with large datasets and complex ETL processes.
- Statistical knowledge and hands-on experience with controlled experiments.
- Skills in designing experiments, data visualization, and storytelling.
- Ability to create impactful dashboards using PowerBI or Tableau.
