Short Summary:
True Zero Technologies is seeking a Cyber Risk and Reporting Manager to work at the intersection of cybersecurity operations, governance, and executive communications. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex cybersecurity issues effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Lead development of enterprise cybersecurity metrics, performance measures, and executive reporting.
- Produce recurring executive dashboards, cybersecurity risk profiles, and leadership reports.
- Aggregate operational data into meaningful risk analysis.
- Analyze cybersecurity trends and provide recommendations for improving performance.
- Develop performance indicators for program effectiveness and overall cyber risk.
- Coordinate with technical teams to validate reporting accuracy.
- Support FISMA reporting activities and identify emerging operational trends.
- Develop visualizations and analytical products for executive briefings.
- Maintain reporting processes and recommend improvements for operational visibility.
Requirement:
- Experience in supporting NIH, HHS, or other Federal civilian agencies.
- Experience developing operational dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Splunk).
- Familiarity with cyber threat intelligence and enterprise risk management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Five or more years of experience in cybersecurity programs and reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
