Head of Analytics

Performa is an international HR agency specializing in connecting top talent with leading companies across the iGaming, IT, and Marketing industries. We help businesses scale their teams and support professionals in finding opportunities where they can unlock their full potential. Our client is a product-driven iGaming startup developing a new White Label product for a Tier-1 market. The team is currently being built around this new project, with a small core team already in place. The product is in the final stage of preparation for launch. We are looking for a Head of Analytics who will build and develop the company’s analytics function and establish a strong data-driven approach to product and business decision-making. Key Responsibilities Build and develop the company’s analytics function. Establish a system of metrics, reporting, and dashboards. Analyze product and business performance, identify growth opportunities, and provide actionable insights. Work with large volumes of data and help the business make informed, data-driven decisions. Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, CRM, Finance, and other teams. Develop and improve analytics processes across the company. Manage and develop the analytics team as needed. Requirements Mandatory experience in iGaming. Proven experience in a Senior, Lead, or Head of Analytics role. Strong understanding of product analytics and business metrics. Experience building and developing analytics processes. Strong leadership skills and a systematic approach to work. What We Offer Office-based position in Limassol or fully remote.
