Short Summary:
GrabRentals is a core pillar of Grab's Mobility business, focusing on securing vehicular and productive driver-partner supply for Grab's ride-hailing marketplace. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations of the autonomous vehicle business, managing site coordinators, and ensuring operational efficiency and safety compliance.

Responsibilities:
- Be the primary supervisor for site coordinators, in-vehicle safety drivers, and field operators.
- Manage driver and operator scheduling, including shift assignments and timekeeping.
- Collaborate with hiring and training teams for onboarding operational staff.
- Ensure vehicles are safe, operationally ready, and maintained.
- Oversee on-site depot operations, including parking, charging, and staging of autonomous vehicles.
- Establish, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Design and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operations.
- Uphold and enforce operational safety protocols.
- Identify process gaps and lead continuous improvements for operational efficiency.

Requirement:
- Diploma or Degree holders.
- At least 2 years of experience in operations, fleet management, or similar environments.
- Technical knowledge or experience with autonomous vehicles, robotics, or IoT deployments.
- Strong coordination and people management skills.
- Excellent planning and coordination ability.
- Ability to respond calmly to incidents and operational disruptions.
- Comfortable working with operational data and KPIs.
- Willingness to work on-site and support shift-based operations.
