Your role:

As Director of Product, you will lead 2-4 teams to outbuild the competition, leveraging our legacy product's insights to deliver an effortless customer experience and measurable GMV growth.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver Effortless Value: Own the mission of building a highly differentiated workflow engine that removes friction for photographers, allowing them to focus on their clients and their craft.

• Drive First-Principles Innovation: Build the next generation of AI-first products by leveraging our deep vertical knowledge, customer insights, and existing data foundations.

• Lead the AI-Transformation: Use your experience in building AI products to transform our discovery and delivery processes, coaching the team to use Spec-Driven Development (SDD) for maximum clarity and speed.

• Master Stakeholder Alignment: Act as a high-level communicator and partner for Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering, ensuring everyone is aligned on the path to customer success.

• Lead with Balance: Navigate ambiguity and overcome barriers to drive impact "no matter what," providing the team with the balanced leadership they need to excel.

What You’ll Bring

Experience

• Scale-up Leadership: You’ve successfully led 2-4 product teams in a 100–500 FTE environment.

• AI Product Builder: You have a proven track record of building and launching AI-driven products that delivered tangible business or customer impact.

• Technical Depth: You know how to leverage data and legacy product insights to build modern, innovative solutions.

• SaaS & E-com Expertise: You understand the Vertical SaaS playbook and how to drive commercial growth in an e-commerce setting.

Skills

• Exceptional Communication: You are a master at stakeholder management, able to translate complex product visions into actionable clarity for all departments.

• Customer-Centric Design: You have a deep intuition for building products that solve complex workflow problems simply.

• Process Coaching: You know how to introduce new methodologies like SDD and train a team to embrace them as a means to better outcomes.
