Short Summary:
Working within the Global People Services (GPS) team, you’ll lead the Eastern Europe region, shaping strategy and acting as the source of truth for employment legislation and local customs. You will also support payroll and act as a subject matter expert for clients on HR advisory services.

Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet clients for onboarding, offboarding, and complex queries.
- Serve as an escalation point for Account Managers/Clients and Local Representatives.
- Keep up-to-date with HR trends and regulatory changes in your region.
- Provide on-the-ground support, including answering employee and client queries.
- Act as a backup for the Payroll Manager when required.
- Work closely with Compliance and Regional Payroll Manager to shape regional strategy.
- Manage Local Representatives and ensure their training and development.

Requirement:
- Work experience as an HR Manager with payroll exposure.
- In-depth knowledge of labor legislation in Ukraine and one or more of Serbia, Romania, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania.
- Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and research skills.
- Ability to navigate client and internal stakeholder needs with creative problem-solving.
- Experience in managing and developing a team.
