Short Summary:
As Learning Excellence Manager, you will lead a team of five Learning Specialists and define the learning strategy for the Care team, focusing on evolving learning methods in response to AI integration.

Responsibilities:
- Define and own the learning strategy for Care, covering segmentation of learning demand, prioritization, and delivery model.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of five Learning Specialists.
- Build, report, and maintain the data foundation for learning using KPIs to diagnose capability gaps.
- Partner with Quality Assurance and Knowledge & Process to integrate quality insights into learning design.
- Manage learning relationships with BPO partners, ensuring consistent capability across sites.
- Reshape learning for an AI-supported operation.
- Utilize AI tools to analyze and iterate learning processes.

Requirement:
- 5+ years in learning & development or operational capability roles.
- Experience leading a team of learning or training professionals.
- Strong data orientation and ability to define KPIs.
- Experience with BPO/outsourced operations.
- Ability to think in systems and comfort using AI tools.
- Strong stakeholder skills.
- Fluent in English.
