Short Summary:
In the Client Acquisition Specialist role, you will engage with high-priority inbound leads to cultivate and qualify leads, communicating with director level and above prospects to understand their business needs and facilitate lead transition to internal Account Executives.
Responsibilities:
- Quickly engage with inbound leads from Gartner.com.
- Assist in creating campaigns, recommendations, and business cases.
- Execute email outreach and make outbound calls to enrich prospect information.
- Utilize internal tools to route leads appropriately.
- Deliver a summary of the opportunity and client needs.
- Coordinate with sales executives to progress leads throughout the sales cycle.
- Leverage internal CRM to track opportunities and completed sales.
- Continuous professional development through training and mentorship.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of business experience; IT experience is a plus.
- Telephone sales and persuasion skills.
- Project management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Strong will to win and executive presence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
