Short Summary:
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system by partnering with employers to redesign healthcare delivery, utilizing proprietary clinical metrics to improve care quality and reduce costs.

Responsibilities:
- Design and improve a best-in-class onboarding experience.
- Build and scale recognition programs for employees.
- Architect offsites, events, and social programs to foster collaboration.
- Define and operationalize hybrid work experiences.
- Partner with the Head of People to identify organizational gaps and design programs.
- Oversee office operations and manage the Office Manager.
- Manage vendor relationships and budgets for Facilities and Employee Experience.
- Collaborate on real estate planning as headcount scales.

Requirement:
- Experience in startups and mature companies, with at least 2 years in Employee Experience and 1 year in Facilities.
- Ability to manage strategic and operational workstreams.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in Google Sheets and Claude Code (or similar).
- Proven leadership in building high-impact teams.
- Commitment to enhancing employee experience to drive business performance.
