Short Summary:
The mission of our People Ops team is to build an environment where exceptional people can do their best work. We're looking for a People Partner who wants to grow their HR career through meaningful, hands-on work.

Responsibilities:
- Own or support the execution of core HR processes for a consistent employee experience.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for employees, answering questions and solving issues.
- Support the rollout of various people programs and initiatives.
- Help coordinate and execute employee lifecycle events, including onboarding and offboarding.
- Process bi-weekly payroll and 401(k) contributions accurately and on time.
- Assist with performance review cycles and other recurring people programs.
- Support compliance essentials (I-9s, state registrations, leave paperwork, etc.).

Requirement:
- At least 4 years of experience in People Operations or HR.
- Experience in designing and running programs from 0 to 1.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build in partnership.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with sensitive information.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple processes and deadlines.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within People Ops.
