Short Summary:
Supervision of special construction activities and tasks of complex projects or sub-projects for pharma and biotech or semi-conductor production facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Supervision of construction activities of high-tech industrial projects in a special field
- Ensuring quality, procedures and work processes on site
- Supervision of construction works and subcontractors
- Review and reporting of construction progress to the responsible construction manager
- Ensuring compliance with EHS regulations
- Verification and approval of on-site measurements
- Participation in daily coordination and toolbox meetings
- Participation in site inspections and acceptance tests
- Defect recording and tracking

Requirement:
- 3+ years construction supervision experience for high-tech industrial projects
- Training in relevant systems/equipment
- Knowledge of local codes and EHS
- Fluent German and basic English
- Good knowledge of construction laws, local codes and standards
- Good MS-Office knowledge
