Short Summary:
We are seeking a Drilling Foreman to join our Unconventional Resources Drilling Department (URDD). The primary role will be to supervise field operations of land drilling and workover rigs engaged in critical well operations.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee operations of a contract rig performing drilling or remedial work on wells ranging from 18,000 - 23,000 feet.
- Ensure contractor performs work safely and meets contract obligations.
- Coordinate deliveries of well materials and equipment.
- Administer contracts on site and serve as the primary liaison between the company and the contractor.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco safety standards.
- Make recommendations on alternative methods or equipment for unusual situations.
- Approve contractor daily tour reports.
- Ensure proper maintenance of contractor rig and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco Blowout Prevention Standards.

Requirement:
- B.S. degree in Engineering.
- Five (5) years of experience in drilling and workover operations, including supervisory experience.
- Proven experience supervising land drilling and workover rigs, including deep and critical well operations.
- Strong knowledge of drilling operations, well control, blowout prevention (BOP), and rig safety standards.
- Experience managing contractors and ensuring compliance with operational and HSE requirements.
- Willingness to work in remote locations on a 28/28 rotational schedule.
