Short Summary:
Datadog is seeking a People Business Partner (PBP) to support their growing global organization, working closely with leadership and the People team.

Responsibilities:
- Represent the global PBP team to partner with all employees and leadership
- Advise, coach, and influence management on performance management, coaching, career pathing, employee relations, compensation, organizational development, training, culture, diversity & inclusion, and employee engagement
- Consult with the appropriate Center of Excellence (COE) team to design programs to enhance the employee experience
- Build, advise, and consult on People policies, guidelines, and programs
- Provide analysis and consulting to leadership for data-driven people decisions
- Assess employee development needs and implement solutions aligned with the organization’s strategy
- Handle complex global employee relations issues

Requirement:
- 5+ years as an HRBP or in a related HR role, preferably in fast-growing technology companies
- Ability to adapt approach from strategic program implementation to day-to-day needs
- Strong analytical & reporting skills; experience with HRIS (Workday is a bonus)
- Experience working across business functions with leadership
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of global employment practices and employee relations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
