The Technical Account Manager (TAM) serves as a strategic advisor for Cyara’s top 20 accounts, ensuring value realization through strong adoption and proactive technical strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the dedicated technical advisor for Cyara’s global top 20 strategic accounts.
- Partner with the Customer Success Manager and Account Executive to ensure coordinated engagement.
- Own the technical account plan, including adoption priorities and success criteria.
- Develop and maintain technical success plans aligning Cyara capabilities to customer outcomes.
- Lead technical discussions, health checks, and solution reviews.
- Own complex technical escalations and proactively identify risks.
- Lead technical workshops and enablement sessions for strategic customers.
- Capture feedback from accounts to influence product roadmap priorities.
Requirement:
- 5+ years in a TAM, Technical Customer Success, or similar post-sales technical role.
- Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud technologies, APIs, and CX technologies.
- Ability to analyze technical environments and troubleshoot complex issues.
- High customer empathy and ability to manage ambiguity and risk under pressure.
