Short Summary:
CrowdStrike is seeking a Learning & Development Operations Manager to support the operational execution of global learning programs, managing a team to deliver a learning infrastructure that enables leadership development and professional growth.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee operational delivery of Learning & Development programs.
- Develop and maintain standardized processes and operational workflows.
- Lead operational planning and delivery for virtual, hybrid, and in-person learning programs.
- Manage logistics for in-person leadership programs and workshops.
- Support administration and optimization of the learning management system (LMS).
- Manage internal communications and marketing for Learning & Development programs.
- Support the integration of AI-enabled learning tools and emerging technologies.

Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Organizational Development, Analytics, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development or related HR program delivery roles.
- 3+ years of people management experience.
- Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making and improve efficiency.
- Strong organizational, project coordination, and event scheduling skills.
