Responsibilities:
- Provides support to cross-functional teams, with a high attention to detail
- Strong account management skills to ensure retention of MRR and growth
- Researches, analyzes, and documents findings
- Cross departmental collaboration to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution for partner needs
- Proactive engagement managing 40-60 partners, understanding their needs and aligning solutions and growth strategies
- Achieves personal annual sales growth and MRR retention targets
- Follows ConnectWise value/solution based-sales process
- Closes sales that meet ConnectWise standards for pricing, margins, terms, and conditions
- Qualifies prospective or existing accounts to build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities

Requirement:
- Strong account management skills
- Ability to manage a pipeline of opportunities to achieve annual sales goals
