Short Summary:
Broadcom’s Mainframe Software Division is seeking a highly skilled Agile leader to support software development teams in delivering continuous value, requiring expertise in Agile methodologies and change management.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and Coach Teams: Facilitate the growth of software development teams, empowering them to become self-organized and high-performing.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying enhancement areas and guiding implementation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals.
- Remove Roadblocks: Identify and remove obstacles hindering team progress.
- Agile Metrics and Data-Driven Decisions: Monitor key performance metrics to drive improvements in team performance.
- Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies to foster communication and collaboration.
- Champion Agile Practices: Advocate for Agile best practices across teams.

Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent.
- 8+ years of experience in an Agile Software Development environment.
- Subject matter expert in Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
