Short Summary:
As a Senior Atlassian Engineer, you will drive architectural strategy for a high-growth fintech ecosystem, manage Jira, and mentor junior engineers while solving complex integration challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Architecture & Governance: Design, configure, and optimize Atlassian Cloud products at an enterprise scale.
- Drive Advanced Solutions: Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Empower Data-Driven Decisions: Design advanced Jira reports and dashboards for leadership.
- Automate & Integrate: Build automations and integrations with other enterprise tools.
- Mentorship & Enablement: Conduct training and advocate for best practices across the company.
Requirement:
- Proven expertise in Atlassian Cloud systems with 3+ years of experience in a dynamic enterprise environment.
- Hands-on experience with Assets, advanced automation, and REST APIs.
- Experience with apps like Extension for JSM, EazyBI, and Xray is highly desired.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
