Hi colleagues!

I am looking for an experienced B2B sales professional with a background in IT services. This is a full-cycle sales role.

Lead generation is handled by our team, so your focus will be on working with interested prospects, running discovery calls, preparing proposals, negotiating commercial terms and closing deals.

You'll work closely with our delivery team throughout the sales process, so understanding software development services and being comfortable discussing technical topics with clients is essential for success in this role.

Requirements: 3+ years of experience in selling IT outsourcing or custom software development services. Understand how software development projects are delivered and can confidently discuss technical topics with clients and engineers. You don't need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable understanding client requirements and translating them into commercial opportunities. Have managed the full sales cycle. Speak English and Russian fluently.
