Short Summary:
Axelera AI is creating a next-generation AI platform and is seeking an experienced VP of People to lead their people advisory and culture agenda. The role involves working closely with a team of specialists to enhance employee experience and drive talent management in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Own people engagement metrics and drive actionable change.
- Manage performance management cycles and ensure meaningful processes.
- Oversee learning and development platforms and their impact.
- Foster a culture of high performance and engagement.
- Provide guidance on employee relations and organizational development.
- Lead change management processes and support leaders.
- Analyze people data to inform decisions.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- Set the operating model for people advisory and culture work.
- Deliver a great employee experience and foster cohesion in offices.
- Proactively address employee concerns and promote inclusivity.
- Act as a role model for company values and culture.
Requirement:
- Significant experience in a senior HRBP role in a tech scaleup.
- Experience in building employee culture and engagement programs.
- Hands-on experience with learning programs and team effectiveness.
- Knowledge of European labor law is a significant advantage.
- Strong coaching and counseling capabilities.
- Proven experience managing and developing a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Fluency in English; German fluency is a strong plus.
- Tech-savvy with experience using AI tools.
