Responsibilities:
- Drive the largest and most complex cross-functional programs end-to-end.
- Set the standard for how complex programs are run and raise the bar for program execution.
- Own delivery mechanics: planning, dependency and risk management, and operating cadence.
- Make delivery predictable and visible with clear owners, timelines, and status.
- Drive cross-team coordination, unblock dependencies, and manage risk early.
- Partner with engineering and product leadership to turn strategy into sequenced, resourced plans.

Requirement:
- Deep experience as a technical program manager driving large, complex, cross-functional engineering programs.
- Strong technical grounding and credibility with senior engineers.
- Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong judgment on delivery mechanics: planning, dependencies, risk, and operating cadence.
- Genuine fluency with AI tools and a habit of using them to raise leverage.
