Short Summary:
We are seeking an experienced M365 Architect for an 11-week part-time contract engagement starting on August 31, 2026. This advisory-focused role involves guiding a client through a Microsoft 365 consolidation project and supporting the rollout of Microsoft Copilot.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level advisory for consolidating multiple Microsoft 365 tenants into a single enterprise tenant following M&A activities.
- Guide strategic deployment and integration of Microsoft Copilot across the enterprise workforce.
- Serve as the principal subject matter expert for key M365 services, including Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Power Platform.
- Partner with client leadership and internal teams to deliver high-touch consulting, architecture recommendations, and migration strategy.
- Identify risk factors, technical dependencies, and best practices involved in enterprise digital workplace transformations.
Requirement:
- Must have:
- M&A Migration Experience: Proven track record in scoping, planning, and implementing M365 tenant-to-tenant migrations driven by mergers and acquisitions.
- M365 Technical Mastery: Deep expert-level knowledge across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, specifically Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Power Platform.
- AI Tool Deployment: Direct, hands-on experience driving enterprise rollouts and adoption strategies for Microsoft Copilot.
- Consulting & Leadership: Exceptional client-facing skills, strategic advisory capabilities, and experience acting as a trusted consultant to senior leadership.
- Nice to Have:
- Industry background or prior engagement experience within Healthcare and Life Sciences (HLS).
- Familiarity or exposure to additional generative AI capabilities and tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini).
