Short Summary:
Zscaler is seeking a Principal Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex cybersecurity programs, ensuring projects are completed on time and to high standards. This role combines professional services delivery with AI technology optimization.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Professional Services projects, including planning, execution, risk management, and governance.
- Manage multiple concurrent customer engagements involving cybersecurity implementations and transformations.
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, status reporting, RAID logs, resource plans, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical consultants, solution architects, and customer leadership.
- Mentor project managers to drive delivery efficiency and continuous process improvement.

Requirement:
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience with AI-driven solutions.
- Demonstrated experience managing cybersecurity-related projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.
- Active Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
