Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager

Project is based on related upstream and downstream systems of trade related systems. As a core role of the team, accountable for the successful delivery and adoption of Derivatives (FX Options, Loans / Deposits ) transformation initiatives. The role combines program delivery, business analysis, testing oversight, operational readiness, stakeholder management, and go-live governance to ensure business functions are fully prepared for deployment and transition to BAU. The role acts as the primary interface between Business, Operations, Technology, Finance, Risk, and Program Governance, ensuring scope, requirements, testing, readiness, and deployment activities are aligned and delivered successfully

Responsibilities

• Key Responsibilities Delivery Leadership & Project Management
• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned FXO workstreams.
• Manage scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource plans.
• Drive programme governance, status reporting, and executive communications.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Business, Technology, Operations, Finance, and Vendors.
• Coordinate phased deployments, cutovers, and hypercare activities.
• Escalate delivery risks and drive mitigation plans. Business Analysis & Solution Design
• Lead requirements gathering and business analysis activities.
• Define target business processes and operating models.
• Document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Facilitate workshops with Trading, Sales, MO, Operations, Finance, and Risk stakeholders.
• Assess impacts of process and technology changes.
• Ensure solutions meet business objectives and regulatory requirements. Business Readiness & Change Management
• Develop and execute the Business Readiness Strategy.
• Define readiness criteria and business sign-off requirements.
• Assess organizational and operational impacts.
• Coordinate training, communications, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Ensure procedures, controls, and support models are updated before go-live.
• Drive adoption of new processes and operating models. Test Management & Business Validation
• Define business testing strategy covering SIT, UAT, CPT, UVT, and Production Verification.
• Coordinate business participation across testing cycles.
• Ensure comprehensive end-to-end coverage of front-to-back business processes.
• Track testing progress, defects, and readiness metrics.
• Facilitate defect triage and prioritization.
• Coordinate business sign-offs and deployment approvals.
• Lead test readiness reviews and executive reporting. Operational & Go-Live Readiness
• Coordinate go-live planning and readiness reviews.
• Validate support processes, runbooks, controls, and escalation procedures.
• Lead dress rehearsals, mock cutovers, and deployment rehearsals.
• Manage business checkpoints and go-live approvals.
• Oversee deployment command centre and hypercare support.

SKILLS

Must have

• 10+ years experience in Project Management, Delivery Leadership, Business Analysis, Business Readiness, or Transformation roles.
• Strong Financial Markets knowledge, preferably FX Options.
• Experience managing large-scale front-to-back platform migrations.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience leading global multi-country implementations.
• Strong understanding of testing, operational readiness, and deployment governance.

Nice to have

• Experience with Murex, or other trading platforms. • Knowledge of FX Options, Lending • Experience running UAT, CPT, UVT, and Production Verification programmes. • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
