Short Summary:
Zscaler is seeking a Principal AI Product Manager to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Customer Success AI product portfolio, enhancing productivity and delivering measurable business value.

Responsibilities:
- Define the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Customer Success AI product portfolio.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities to apply AI across internal Customer Success workflows.
- Manage the AI product portfolio from concept through launch, adoption, measurement, and lifecycle management.
- Partner with Customer Success leaders and internal teams to translate pain points into AI-native products.
- Drive prioritization and tradeoff decisions across the portfolio.

Requirement:
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience with AI-driven solutions.
- 10+ years of product management experience in enterprise software or SaaS products, with 3+ years in AI-powered products.
- Proven track record of defining long-term product strategy and managing complex product portfolios.
- Strong understanding of enterprise AI concepts and architectures.
- Exceptional product judgment, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
