Who is Litmus

Litmus is building the data foundation that powers industrial AI.

AI doesn’t work without real-world, contextualized data - Litmus makes that data usable. As AI adoption accelerates, most industrial environments still can’t access or use their operational data. We solve that gap.

We’re a growth-stage software company helping manufacturers access, structure, and use real-time data from machines, systems, and sensors at the edge. Our platform sits at the intersection of edge computing, AI, and industrial operations, enabling some of the world’s largest companies to run operations in real time, reduce downtime, and optimize production.

Backed by leading investors and trusted by global manufacturers and partners like Google, Microsoft, Dell, Oracle, and Mitsubishi, Litmus is powering the shift toward software-defined manufacturing.

Why join Litmus

Build the infrastructure that makes industrial AI possible

AI is moving beyond the cloud and into the physical world. At Litmus, you’ll build the infrastructure that enables real-time data to power AI and machine learning systems in production environments.

Work on problems where software meets the real world

Most AI systems fail without access to real-world data. You’ll build the layer that makes them viable in production. We solve challenges at the intersection of distributed systems, real-time data, and industrial constraints — where reliability, scale, and performance are non-negotiable.

Have real impact, fast

You’ll work on systems used by real customers in production, with direct impact on product and company trajectory. As a scaling company, we move quickly. You’ll have ownership, visibility, and the ability to shape both product and company as we scale.

Join a high-performance team

We’re building a team that holds a high bar and pushes each other to improve. You’ll work alongside experienced operators, engineers, and leaders who have done this before and are building again at scale. We hire people who take ownership, move quickly, and care about outcomes. No passengers.

Our culture

At Litmus, the team is collaborative, curious, and low ego. People are scrappy, take ownership, and look for ways to make an impact. We value empathy just as much as execution, whether that’s in how we build, how we communicate, or how we support each other.

We’re a growing company, so things move quickly and not everything is perfectly defined. If you enjoy figuring things out, working closely with others, and making steady progress, you’ll do well here.

Overview / Summary

As a Senior Product Manager, Cloud Ecosystem & AI Partnerships, you will own the end-to-

end lifecycle of Litmus's presence across cloud, AI, and data marketplaces including AWS,

Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud, Databricks, Snowflake, Dell, and future

strategic partners.

In addition to cloud marketplace ownership, you will drive strategic OEM partnerships

where Litmus technology white-labeled within partner solutions. Working closely with

partners such as Belden, SLB, Emerson, Google, and future OEMs, you will help define

product requirements, coordinate joint releases, and ensure successful delivery of partner-

specific solutions.

You will identify new product opportunities by working closely with hyperscalers, OEMs,

and strategic technology partners, translating market needs into product strategy, roadmap

investments, and cloud-native offerings that accelerate customer adoption. You will ensure

Litmus products are correctly listed, technically integrated, certified, and continuously

improved across partner ecosystems while helping shape future AI marketplace offerings.

What You’ll Do

• Own product strategy and execution across cloud, AI, and data marketplaces, identifying

new product opportunities through strategic cloud and OEM partnerships.

• Manage marketplace listings including product metadata, pricing, documentation,

screenshots, compliance, and release readiness to ensure an exceptional customer

experience.

• Work directly with Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Oracle, Databricks, Snowflake, Dell, and

other strategic partners to identify new product opportunities, define joint solutions,

and drive product initiatives.

• Own the product lifecycle for OEM and white-label partnerships, working with partners

such as Belden, SLB, Emerson, Google, and future strategic OEMs to deliver

differentiated partner solutions.

• Collaborate with OEM engineering, product, and partner teams to identify new business

and product opportunities, define product requirements, align roadmaps, coordinate

joint releases, and ensure successful delivery of Litmus-powered solutions.

• Partner with Product Engineering, DevOps, QA, Sales Engineering, Marketing,

Documentation, and Customer Success to prioritize, develop, and deliver cloud-native

capabilities and marketplace integrations.

• Define cloud-native deployment experiences including SaaS, virtual machines,

Kubernetes, Helm, containers, and BYOL offerings to simplify customer adoption across

partner ecosystems.

• Own technical integrations including APIs, marketplace metering, entitlement,

provisioning, billing, and authentication flows required for cloud marketplace

deployments.

• Translate customer, partner, and market requirements into Product Requirement

Documents (PRDs), EPICs, user stories, and engineering priorities while balancing

technical feasibility and business value.

• Drive marketplace certifications, partner validations, technical compliance programs,

and release readiness across cloud and OEM ecosystems.

• Monitor marketplace performance, customer adoption, competitive trends, and partner

engagement to identify new growth opportunities and optimize product investments.

• Collaborate with Product Management to shape the cloud and AI product roadmap by

incorporating customer, partner, and market insights into future offerings and strategic

initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

Must Have

• 8+ years of product management experience in enterprise software, cloud platforms,

industrial software, or related technologies.

• Strong technical understanding of Kubernetes, containers, APIs, cloud-native

architectures, and system integrations.

• Experience managing cloud marketplace offerings or strategic technology partnerships.

• Experience creating PRDs, EPICs, user stories, and leading Agile product execution.

• Ability to work effectively across engineering teams and external partner organizations.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving

skills.

Nice to Have

• Industrial IoT, edge computing, or manufacturing software experience.

• Experience with Azure Marketplace, AWS Marketplace, Google Cloud Marketplace,

Oracle Cloud Marketplace, Databricks Marketplace, or Snowflake Marketplace.

• Knowledge of SaaS metering, marketplace billing, and entitlement services.

• Experience with cloud partner programs such as AWS ISV Accelerate, Azure

Marketplace and Co-sell, or Google Cloud Partner Advantage.

• Familiarity with generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and modern AI platforms.
