Short Summary:
toogeza is a Ukrainian recruiting company focused on hiring talents for tech startups. Zibra AI, a data infrastructure company for physical AI and 3D-heavy domains, is looking for an experienced Founder’s Associate to support its expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic projects to completion, ensuring accountability and timely progress.
- Conduct research and synthesis to provide actionable insights for the founders.
- Prepare and polish investor decks, partner proposals, and internal strategy documents.
- Maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders, tracking commitments and follow-ups.
- Adapt to the evolving needs of a rapidly growing company.
Requirement:
- Extreme proactivity and ownership.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong analytical and writing skills.
- Judgement and discretion in handling confidential information.
- 1–4 years in a fast-paced environment (consulting, banking, VC, or high-growth startup).
