日本市場におけるデジタルマーケティング戦略の企画・実行をリードするポジションです。

Webサイト、SEO、コンテンツマーケティング、デジタル広告、メールマーケティング、マーケティングオートメーション、SNSなどのデジタルチャネルを活用し、ブランド認知の向上、リード獲得、顧客エンゲージメント、パイプライン創出につなげていきます。

また、他チームと連携し、日本市場のビジネス目標に合わせた統合的なデジタルマーケティング施策を推進します。戦略立案だけでなく、キャンペーンの企画・実行、コンテンツ制作・管理、Hands-onで一貫して担当できる方を求めています。

応募資格

−3〜5年以上のDigital Marketing経験

−B2B Marketingでの経験があることが望ましい

−Website、SEO、Content Marketing、Digital Advertising、Email Marketingなどの翻訳のみではなく自らコンテンツ作成を担当した経験

-Digital Campaignを企画から実行まで一貫して担当した経験

〜以下のスキルがあれば尚可〜

CRM / Marketing Automationツール（Salesforce、Hubspot等）の基本的な理解

SEOおよびContent Marketingに関する実務知識

オーガニック流入、コンバージョン率などの分析・改善

Webサイト上のユーザージャーニーやコンバージョン導線の改善

データに基づいた施策改善および意思決定のサポート

Google Analytics、CRMなどを活用したマーケティングデータ分析

Website Traffic、Conversion、MQL、PipelineなどのKPI管理

言語

日本語：ネイティブレベル

英語：ビジネスレベル以上
