We are now looking for a Commercial Manager

Who you are:

An analytically and commercially minded professional who's motivated by connecting Players with content they'll love. This is a hands-on, business-facing role, you don't need a background in games, but you do need a genuine interest in gaming and an understanding of what makes a creative product tick.

What you'll do

The Commercial Manager at Arrowhead works in a data-driven way: formulating hypotheses, analyzing data, and acting on the results. You'll systematically define test cases, analyse outcomes, and model business cases for hypothetical scenarios to help inform decision-making.

You'll also build and run our in-game store, from constructing offer bundles and setting prices, to planning and executing commercial campaigns. You'll also lead audience-segmented initiatives with purposes like reactivation, engagement, and conversion, using our in-game tools directly.

Specific role responsibilities are:

• Own and run in-game store offers and life-cycle initiatives from the ground up.

• Construct bundles of in-game items and set pricing.

• Strategize for and execute commercial campaigns (e.g. seasonal bundles), coordinating closely with Narrative and Art to bring them to life.

• Own and drive initiatives such as compliance and publishing-focused projects.

• Build a strong understanding of Player pain points related to commercial factors, through data, research, and community feedback.

• Report on daily/weekly performance against KPIs.

We believe that you:

• Find satisfaction in driving business value, and can back that up with a background in finance, economics, business, or another quantitative field.

• Understand the creative process behind making games and gaming in general.

• Have positions and assumptions grounded in data, not sentiment.

• Are comfortable working with data across different tools, from Excel/Sheets for modeling to reading dashboards in BI tools.

• Are comfortable pivoting from set plans when required.

• Are communicative and collaborative, with strong project management instincts.

• Have a high degree of integrity. You tell it like it is (with compassion).

• Have strong initiative and the ability to build new processes from the ground up.

Nice if you also have:

• Hands-on A/B testing experience.

• Platform storefront experience (PlayStation, Steam)

Practical Information

Scope: Full-time: 40 hours per week with initial 6 month probation period.
Location: Office first, hybrid solution possible. You need to be eligible to work in Sweden.

We are a pet friendly office! You can expect to find dogs and occasionally some cats around.
