WPP is seeking a Global President for its Social Influencer Practice to lead and unify social and influencer expertise across its agencies, driving innovation and growth in the influencer economy.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the future of how brands earn attention through influencer strategy and talent partnerships.
- Define a WPP-wide point of view on social-first, influencer-led brand building.
- Unify social and influencer capabilities across WPP Media and WPP Creative.
- Build next-generation capabilities including AI-native influencer tooling and measurement frameworks.
- Manage enterprise relationships with platforms like TikTok, Meta, and YouTube.
- Build and lead a global leadership team for the practice.
Requirement:
- 15+ years of progressive leadership in social, influencer, or digital marketing, with at least 5 years at a global head or C-suite-adjacent level.
- Proven track record in building and growing a significant social or influencer business globally.
- Deep relationships across the platform ecosystem and influencer talent landscape.
- Hands-on fluency in generative AI and social/influencer analytics.
- Exceptional C-suite client relationships and experience leading distributed teams.
