We are looking for Creative Producer for one of our product.

Your main tasks will be:

• Own the full creative production pipeline for the UA team — concept, development, and delivery of video, static, and GIF ad creatives (~100+ assets/month).
• Manage the end-to-end landing page/funnel process — quizzes, one-pagers, interactive formats — from brief to publish (~20/month), overseeing the in-house developer and designers.
• Proactively research and develop new creative concepts and formats, not just execute incoming briefs from the marketing team.
• Analyze creative and campaign performance to make data-backed calls on what to scale, kill, or iterate.
• Manage relationships with freelance creative teams/agencies, assigning tasks and holding delivery quality to a high bar.

We expect from you:

• 3+ years in a creative producer/production role, ideally from mobile gaming, iGaming, or B2C digital products; startup experience is a plus.
• Hands-on skill with AI-based creative generation tools and mobile-first ad formats for Meta and TikTok.
• Proven ability to write creative briefs/scripts and edit photo/video (sourcing footage, music, graphics).
• English B2+ (native speaker strongly preferred); comfortable working in a fully English-speaking team.
• Comfortable producing and discussing explicit/adult content without hesitation — this is a hard filter for the role.

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
