Short Summary:
Join Woven Care as a Behavior Technician, where you'll deliver one-on-one ABA sessions with children facing developmental challenges. We provide comprehensive training and support for your career growth.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one ABA sessions with children with autism, ADHD, and other developmental challenges
- Maintain continuous, attentive supervision of your client throughout each session
- Respond immediately to client behaviors that may present a risk of harm
- Implement approved behavior intervention and crisis management techniques
- Collaborate daily with BCBAs and a multidisciplinary team (OT, PT, SLP)
- Track session data and celebrate real progress with kids and families

Requirement:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years or older
- Reliable transportation, Monday–Friday, with full 8:00 AM–5:00 PM availability
- Comfort working independently in direct care settings
- Preferred: BLS for Healthcare Providers/CPR certification
- Experience working with children with developmental disabilities
- RBT certification or completed 40-hour RBT training (no experience? no problem — we provide full training and cover your exam costs)
