About the Role We are seeking a finance professional to join the Corporate FP&A Team, reporting to the Sr. Manager of Corporate FP&A. Using your in-depth understanding of the Finance team's operations, you will orchestrate projects sought to revamp planning, tracking, and control processes. Your role involves furnishing senior management with valuable recommendations and supporting them in planning and reporting. Responsibilities encompass modeling business scenarios and monitoring performance metrics. The insights generated from these tasks play a crucial role in advising strategic decisions made by our leaders. Balancing multiple projects concurrently, you exhibit meticulous attention to detail while creatively addressing overarching challenges. Please apply with an English version of your CV. Thank you. Responsibilities: Build monthly and quarterly reporting packages for senior finance leadership teams, including our CFO and SVPs. Prepare and consolidate monthly and quarterly company wide P&L projections, as well as company overall operating expenses. Own the build of the annual target-setting model. Collaborate cross functionally to understand business drivers and present data with actionable insights. Provide regular and ad hoc quantitative and qualitative financial analyses around key performance indicators and develop insights on business performance based on the interpretation of financial results. Identify and prioritize process improvements & automation opportunities to streamline current processes. Serve as the key point of contact for our Business Finance Team, including driving the monthly forecast calendar, coordinating monthly review meetings, and maintaining Corporate FP&A Team Site. About You Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field required. Minimum 5+ years related FP&A Finance experience. Other Qualifications: Demonstrate strong ownership, sound judgment, and maturity in driving work forward independently and collaboratively. Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a proactive, forward-looking mindset. Bring exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to high-quality execution. Able to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly as business needs evolve. Communicates effectively, builds strong relationships, and engages confidently with stakeholders at all levels. Experience with full P&L modeling and a basic understanding of accounting principles. Curiosity and hands-on experience with AI productivity tools such as Sana, Gemini, Claude, or Cursor is a plus.
