- Sit on the Americas Leadership team and co-shape the region's strategy.
- Drive strategic finance initiatives that build the future of Emma's finance function in the Americas.
- Lead cross-functional projects with teams across the region and globally, and own the results.
- Turn data into recommendations that inform decisions across the business.
- Review, improve, and where needed redesign internal processes and operating structures — for the region and at global scale.
- Shape team structure and composition, as well as develop future leaders.
- 7+ years in commercial finance or related fields.
- Deep finance expertise, with the ability to pick up new topics fast.
- Fluent English, with strong written and verbal communication — able to translate complex financial information for any stakeholder.
- Self-reliant and hands-on, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- A strategic, creative thinker who manages stakeholders and priorities well under pressure.
- Adaptable, with a clear read on what matters most in a fast-changing environment.
- Curious and solution-oriented — always looking for a better way.
- A track record of scoping projects well and delivering results fast.
- A combination of personal and company growth to accelerate your career and help you reach your goals.
