Short Summary:
Own the systems that power how Wise onboards third parties, signs contracts, and runs key approvals and reports on them. This role improves the systems and workflows behind that lifecycle, focusing on technical solution design and hands-on platform configuration.

Responsibilities:
- Hands-on configuration & implementation: build and maintain processes in non-code platforms.
- Technical solution design: translate business requirements into a technical build plan.
- Integrations & APIs: drive API-based integrations with partner teams.
- Troubleshoot cross-system issues with logs and structured debugging.
- Release, reliability & governance: own testing/UAT, rollout and rollback plans.
- System expert + enablement: maintain runbooks/standards and train the team.

Requirement:
- Hands-on platform delivery: experience configuring/administering enterprise tools.
- Integration mindset: confident with API docs and integrations.
- Systems thinking: understand cross-tool dependencies.
- Release discipline: capable of running safe releases end-to-end.
- Operational ownership: handle escalations calmly and keep standards up to date.
