Short Summary:
We are looking for a Solutions Engineering Lead to join our growing Wise Platform team in London. This role will facilitate growth, troubleshoot, and enhance the product offerings of Wise by providing technical consulting and product guidance to top-tier banks and partners integrating Wise into their products.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical consulting to partners.
- Design novel solutions to solve for partner constraints.
- Influence the product roadmap internally.
- Ensure the overall health and productivity of your team.
- Define strong, clear goals that align with Wise Platform’s objectives.
- Support the team in achieving their goals and making data-driven decisions.
- Be involved in the project delivery process when needed.

Requirement:
- Experience with external parties to deliver technical projects with REST API integrations.
- Proven experience in building, leading, and mentoring a high-performing technical delivery team.
- Expertise in scalable systems within a microservice architecture.
- Strong knowledge of API design, including RESTful design, OpenAPI, OAuth2, etc.
- Strong product mindset and ability to support others in decision-making.
- Experience managing client relationships and setting accurate expectations.
