Short Summary:
Wise is a global technology company focused on making money management easier and more cost-effective. We are looking for mission-driven senior product engineers to join our Grow squad, working on scaling a global success and building new financial solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Work on the Assets team to create a current account experience backed by real assets, providing daily returns with instant access.
- Architect a high-availability "Yield Engine" managing billions in assets.
- Innovate within the Investments team, allowing customers to invest in individual stocks and build long-term, tax-beneficial money pots.
- Define technical foundations, brokerage infrastructure, and trading interfaces from scratch.

Requirement:
- Strong product mindset and passion for user experience.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to break down complex projects into incremental milestones.
- Experience in developing web applications and distributed systems.
- Knowledge of Java and Spring Boot; experience with messaging systems like Kafka is a plus.
