Short Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements across multiple European jurisdictions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, delivering clear legal guidance to internal stakeholders.
- Assess and optimize contract processes, improving templates and mitigating risks.
- Drive the adoption of Legal Tech solutions for contract management.
- Develop training materials and SOPs for internal departments.
- Promote a supportive environment for wellbeing at work.

Requirement:
- Law Degree from a European country and at least 8 years of experience with commercial contracts.
- Bilingual in Italian and English (Spanish or French is a plus).
- Experience with AI-powered contract review and legal automation tools.
- Deep knowledge of European contract law and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive problem solver with excellent organizational skills.
